Our M&A Teams (Venture Capital, Corporate / M&A, Private Equity, Real Estate) provide comprehensive advice on complex national and international transactions (acquisitions and exits, add-on transactions, multi-seller exits of startups closely linked to the VC team, and more). Our clients include small and mid-cap private equity investors and their portfolio companies.

We are looking for a

Your mission

close cooperation with the lawyers and other transaction lawyers in our teams on transactions, including the preparation of transaction-related documents such as powers of attorney and contract annexes
carrying out due diligence audits including the preparation of corresponding audit reports
process controlling
if interested: Projects in the field of legal tech

Your profile

You enjoy working in a team-orientated manner with diligence and accuracy and keep a cool head even in hectic times
You have a Bachelor or Master of Laws (LL.B, LL.M.), business law or comparable degree
You are interested in corporate law
You have a high level of commitment and initiative as well as quick comprehension skills
You are reliable and have good time management skills
You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
You enjoy working in a team

Wir suchen eine/n

Deine Aufgaben

enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Anwält:innen und anderen Transaktionsjurist:innen unserer Teams bei Transaktionen inkl. der Vorbereitung transaktionsbezogener Dokumente, wie z.B. Vollmachten und Vertragsanlagen
Durchführung von Due Dilligence Prüfungen einschließlich der Ausarbeitung von entsprechenden Prüfberichten
Prozesscontrolling
bei Interesse: Projekte im Bereich Legal Tech

Das bringst du mit

Du arbeitest gerne teamorientiert mit Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit und bewahrst auch in hektischen Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf
Studienabschluss Bachelor oder Master of Laws (LL.B, LL.M.), Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbar
Interesse am Gesellschaftsrecht
hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Zuverlässigkeit und gutes Zeitmanagement
gute Englischkenntnisse
Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
