We advise in particular in the areas of private equity, venture capital (start-ups), real estate and litigation.

Our real estate team is one of the most renowned transaction practices in Germany, has particular expertise and experience in share deals and joint ventures at the interface with corporate law and advises high-calibre investors such as Blackstone/Office First on both transactions and the letting of commercial real estate. What we offer

You will be part of the Real Estate team and will be assigned a mentor, but will also have the opportunity to gain insights into all other areas

Support with exam preparation (e.g. oral mock exam, Kaiser exam course)

Your profile

You have an excellent academic record (honours degree, at least the first state exam) and an outstanding command of English
You enjoy creative and independent work
You are highly motivated, quick on the uptake, can think outside the box and enjoy working in a team
No previous experience in the field of Real Estate Transactions / M&A required - your interest and desire to deal with new things is important to us!

Du überzeugst mit exzellenten Studienleistungen (Prädikatsexamen) und hervorragenden Englischkenntnissen
